BUSINESS POLICIES

The following policies are in effect for any session scheduled with Joshua Hanna Photography (JHP). The policies are design to protect not only JHP, but to also protect our clients in order to ensure the highest level of quality and professionalism is achieved.

- In order to secure your session on the schedule, 1/3 (one-third) of your selected session total must be paid to reserve your session time. The remaining balance must be paid before or by the schedule session date. The remaining balance may be made in installments agreed upon by JHP. Please contact to make payment arrangements.

- For any subjects under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the photo session.

- In order to protect equipment and provide the best experience possible, in the event of inclement weather, sessions will be rescheduled for the next available session opening. Reschedules will get first priority on any available session openings.

- Every session includes digital files of selected images based upon your session selection. These digital files are sharable and printable. Screenshotting, photographing, sharing, saving or distributing image proofs of any unauthorized imagery in any way is prohibited and treated as theft of goods. (This is how we provide for our family, please do not attempt to steal.)

- We believe in providing our customers with long-lasting memories that can be appreciated for years to come. As such, and due to the nature of relationships, it is our policy not to photograph seniors with significant others during their senior session.

- After your session, upon access to proofing, you will have up to 30 days to make final selections of images based upon your chosen session. After 30 days, an additional 30 day storage extension and access may be requested for a $400 fee. Failure to make final image selections, without communication, after 90 days, will be considered abandonment and all paid fees will be considered forfeit and services considered complete.
